Forward works in two simple transactions while keeping the agent at the center of the deal. First, a real estate agent works with their seller to figure out just what it is that they need. Is it money now? More time? Is it avoiding the traditional sales process of open houses and unwanted visitors?

Once the agent identifies the needs, they’ll submit the property to their Zoom Casa Account Executive.

In the first transaction, Zoom Casa learns the value of the home, either through a provided approved appraisal or a desktop appraisal. Once the value is learned, Zoom Casa can “unlock” up to 75 percent of the home’s value and put that cash directly in the pocket of the seller. With these funds, the seller can pay off their current mortgage and qualify for better financing options.

The listing agent on the property can now help their buyers find the home of their dreams, thus increasing their gross commission income.

Now, this is where Zoom Casa has innovated the home selling process. While the seller is searching for and presumably finding their next home, Zoom Casa’s designers create a proposal to generate the maximum return on investment for a renovation to the property before listing. This is optional and at the discretion of the seller and is a pay-at-close option so there is no cash out of pocket for the client.

If the client approves the proposal, Zoom Casa will then facilitate the project. The ease of use for this tool is amazing for both sellers and agents. Zoom Casa manages the project from start to finish to provide a seamless process for everyone.

Now, List the Home

Once the project is completed, Zoom Casa notifies the agent to now list the home.

When the home sells (Zoom Casa homes sell faster at an ~11.1 percent higher) the agent receives their full commission. The seller receives all the upside from the added value minus Zoom Casa’s concierge fee and renovation costs.
