Do you go around the agent like the iBuyers did?

No — and it's structural, not marketing. We don't run consumer acquisition that displaces you and we don't have a 1-800 line that buys homes. Sixty percent of our deal flow comes through partner agents. The model breaks if we cut you out.

What if the cash offer isn't competitive?
