Yes. Zoom Casa, LLC is a real operating company founded in 2018 and based in Woodland Hills, California, working with homeowners, agents, and lenders in all 50 states, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico. Ratings and reviews are public on Google and Yelp, where the business profile is claimed by its owner. Zoom Casa is not a mortgage lender and does not originate loans — it buys, funds, and resells homes under written agreements, and every offer's terms are issued in writing before anyone signs.
What exactly does Zoom Casa do?
Zoom Casa runs three programs for people who are stuck between homes. Cash Offer+ pays up to 85% of a home's value upfront in as fast as 10–15 days, then returns the remaining balance — minus one program fee — when the home resells on the open market. Buy Before You Sell lets a homeowner make a non-contingent offer on their next home for a $999 fee, without taking on a second mortgage.
