Fred founded Zoom Casa in 2018 in Woodland Hills, California. He started in real estate by flipping houses and saw firsthand the gap sellers ran into when their home needed work to list well — but they couldn’t fund the work up front. Zoom Casa grew out of solving that problem, and the three programs the company runs today are each a different shape of the same idea: structure that pays sellers the value of their home without making them write a check first.
Fred also founded Sarenne Capital LLC, the firm behind Zoom Casa’s real-estate-credit underwriting. He holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law and an MBA from USC Marshall, with an undergraduate degree from UCLA.
