Some of our first emails are sent by software.
If you received a message from someone at Zoom Casa and are trying to work out whether they are a real person, this page will tell you. Some of our outreach is sent by AI assistants. They have names, they are not people, and we would rather you hear that from us.
Zoom Casa uses AI assistants to send a first outreach email. They are software, not people. They cannot price a home, make an offer, or commit Zoom Casa to anything. If you reply, a solution consultant, who is a real person, takes over from there.
The names you might have seen in your inbox.
- Melissa TorresAn AI assistant that sends Zoom Casa’s first outreach email. Not a person, and it says so.
- Alex Morgan · alex@zoomcasa.comAn AI assistant that sends Zoom Casa’s first outreach email. Not a person, and it says so.
What an assistant can and cannot do.
- It is software, not a person. The name is the name on the email, and there is no colleague behind it.
- It sends a first message and nothing else. It cannot price your home, make an offer, or agree to anything on Zoom Casa’s behalf.
- If you reply, a Zoom Casa solution consultant picks it up. That is a person, with a name and a phone number, and they are the one who answers anything that matters.
- If you would rather not hear from us again, say so in a reply and that is the end of it.
The people are here: Zoom Casa solution consultants. Each one is named, and each one can be reached.
Zoom Casa’s AI assistants are automated and are not licensed real estate agents. They do not provide real estate, legal or financial advice. Net-sheet previews are illustrative; final offer terms are issued in writing on a term sheet. Program availability varies by state. Past results don't guarantee future outcomes.
